When you visit herbaly.com and sign into your account you can view your point balance. When you add your item(s) to your shopping cart and checkout, you will see the option to "Choose Reward".

There are 3 ways to earn points → Purchasing Herbaly products, Completing Tasks, Referring Friends.

1 - Purchasing Herbaly products on Herbaly.com will earn you points

• - 1 point per dollar spent if your lifetime spend if $0-$99
• - 2 points per dollar spent if your lifetime spend is $100-$249
• - 3 points per dollar spent if your lifetime spend is $250+

2 – Completing Tasks will earn you points

• - 100 points for creating an account
• - Birthday Points (50 for Gold Tier, 200 for Platinum and Diamond Tier)
• - 50 points for leaving a written review
• - 75 points for leaving a photo review
• - 25 points for following on Instagram (must use link in Rewards page)
• - 25 points for following on Facebook (must use link in Rewards page)
• - 25 points for following on Twitter (must use link in Rewards page)

3 – Referring Friends will earn you points

• - Share your referral link with friends, they save $10, and you get $10 of points (400 points)

3- The tier you are in will be labelled with “Current Status” as shown in yellow below

Once you have Gold, Platinum or Diamond Tier status, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even more up a tier!).

Herbaly reward members can only use one reward per purchase order. We incentive customers accumulate their points by offering better value for higher point coupons. Our 3 rewards discounts are shown below:

400-point coupon is worth $10.00

800-point coupon is worth $20.00 → $25.00

1200-point coupon is worth $30.00 → $50.00

Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity (earning or redeeming points). In other words, if you don’t make a purchase, don’t complete any tasks, or don’t refer any friends for 12 consecutive months, your points will expire.

Herbaly will send you e-mails to remind you to use your points to help prevent this from happening.

As a member of our Rewards program, we will notify you by e-mail when we have double point days.

In the event of a return/exchange with a 60-day window of any eligible purchase that initially earned points, such points will be deducted automatically from the account that was used for the eligible purchase. Upon to return and/or exchange of products awarded through the redemption of points, all redeemed points will be forfeited.

We changed our loyalty program to better reward our customers with point multipliers (1x, 2x or 3x) as they continue to order from us.

When we changed programs, we also changed the point system which is why you now see less points.

Don’t worry, the dollar value of your points did not change, in fact we gave everyone at least 10% value increase in their points when switching over. A special thank you to our loyal customers.

You can see some examples below of how the points changed:

Customer A :
Had 1000 points in the old program worth $10 → Now has 440 points in the new program worth $11 (+10% Value)

Customer B :
Had 1820 points in the old program worth $18.20 → Now has 800 points in the new program worth $25 (+37% Value)

Customer C :
Had 3270 points in the old program worth $32.70 → How has 1200 points in the new program worth $50 (+53% Value)

You are unable to apply rewards points to subscriptions. We give the best possible discount (25% off) to our subscription customers. If you are subscribed and have points, feel free to apply them to a one time purchase and try out a new product, or stick to the one you love!
